woolcom INTERNET SERVICE (A Division of Woolley Computer Sales) To install your NEW Internet service, insert the CD you received with these instructions. After a few seconds you should see the message shown below. Note: If after 1 minute you fail to see this message simply eject and reinsert your CD.
Click OK to continue. Our Terms and Conditions will be displayed next. Please read. You must Accept in order to continue. Either select one of the numbers in the list and then click OK
Next, you will see your customer account information screen. It is very important that you enter ALL information here exactly as shown on your account data sheet.
Your screen should look similar to the example shown above. Please do not enter the @woolcom.net part of your username above, only the part to the left of the @woolcom.net. If you are replacing an existing Dial-Up Account already installed on your computer, please check to remove it. If you have call waiting and would like to disable it while connected to the Internet, you can also do that here. Next, Click OK Now you will see a screen similar to the one displayed below.
Click OK and you are now ready to connect to the Internet! Double click on the Woolcom Internet Services icon on your desktop. You will then see a logon screen appear similar to the one shown below. Click on Connect to dial.
You can also change your Dial-Up Options and Properties from this screen. However, we DO NOT recommend making any changes without first talking with one of our technicians. NOTE: By clicking on Options you can also access your Call Log.
