To request information concerning your woolcom dial-up Internet service please fill out following form and submit it to us. Upon receiving your request we will then E-mail you with the "paid to date" (PTD) of your account. Remember that payments must be in our hands before NOON on the last business day of the month prior to the due date. For example, if you are paid to January 1st, we must receive your payment prior to NOON on the last business day of December to avoid being disconnected. Payments received after that time will require an additional $5.00 reconnect fee and service will not be restored until the next business day. Thank you, |
