Internet services... Unfortunately, there is no
single solution for being disconnected while using the Internet. Bad splices,
poor weather seals or insulation, crosstalk, etc. are common problems that may
not really impact a voice connection, but can severely limit a data connection
on the same line.
more... A note about our setup CDs... We offer our CDs to new and existing customers at no charge when picked up at our store. We must charge a fee when mailing CDs, to help cover postage, cost of materials and our time. This charge is $7.50 for each CD. Please click "Add to Cart" to order CD(s)
Remember, we are now a nationwide provider with local access numbers available in ALL 50 states & Canada. If you have friends or family in other areas of Florida as well as in other states, they can all use our new service. And, when you travel, take your CD with you and look up a local number for the area you are in and continue using your same Internet service, anywhere! Keeping up with your time on-line... Right click on your connection monitor. This is the icon displayed in the lower right corner of your screen while you are on line. Also, the same icon that most of you use to disconnect. Next, click on "Call Log" - You can also pull up your Call Log while off line by clicking on your woolcom Internet Service icon on your desktop. Instead of clicking on "Connect," click on "Options" then on the "Advanced" tab followed by "Call Log" Please click on the other pages of this site for information on specific topics.
