52nd Annual Old Spanish Trail Festival - 2008

We all had lots of fun at this year's festival!

For those of you that did not attend, you really missed it!

The heavy rain caused us to cancel this year's parade.

But, after the rain stopped and the sun started shinning, everything came back to life!

This year's treasure was found Friday morning around 8:00 AM by

Dewayne Skidmore and Dean Matthews.

This Year's Events...

 

This year's Inaugural Youth Fishing Tournament

Was a BIG Success, with 138 participants!

Date:Tuesday April 29th – Saturday May 3rd

Event: Annual Carnival

Location: The Old Spanish Trail Park on Stillwell Av.

(FREE GATE ADMISSION) Buy an armband and ride all night!

Carnival Hours:

Tuesday - Thursday 6:00pm - 10pm - Armband price $15.00 each

Friday 6:00pm - 11pm - Armband price $18.00 each

Saturday 3:00pm - 11pm - Armband price $18.00 each

Event: The 52nd Annual Old Spanish Trail Festival!

 

Location: The Old Spanish Trail Park on Stillwell Av.

All day events:

The OSTF “Jail”

Barney will be manning this year's jail and Andy gave him permission to take his bullet from his shirt pocket if he had too!

 

(Purchase an armband at the gate for $2.00 to stay out of jail - or - somebody will have to pay $5.00 to bail you out!)

 

Food, Arts and Crafts Vendors

Redneck Invention Convention: chance to win $100

(must be on site and ready to go by 9AM - will be judged until 5PM)

Entertainment by local Entertainers and Nashville recording artists

This year's parade will include the Crestview High School, Richbourg and Davidson Middle School Bands all combined together to make a 400+ member marching band unit!
