The Articles of Dissolution, dissolving NORTH OKALOOSA SEARCH AND RESCUE, INC., a Florida corporation, were filed on May 3, 2004 with the State of Florida. I would like to thank all that helped with and supported our team during the 12 years that we served the area. I plan to keep this Web site up for the memories of NOSAR - Larry L. Woolley, founder.

NOSAR is dedicated to saving the lives of those members in the surrounding area during times of adversity.

NOSAR was organized on August 9, 1992 and was chartered by the State of Florida October 13, 1992.

NOSAR assists law enforcement and other agencies during searches resulting from various situations such as drowning, hunting accident, or a lost child.

We provide needed communications and damage assessment during and after local disasters such as hurricanes and floods.

NOSAR monitors and reports the local river(s) water stage levels during and after periods of heavy rainfall.
